DEDICATION
I toast those who were known through a pejorative, invented by their detractors as the “Anti-Federalists” and demanded a better constitution and wanted one born in the light of day, rather than the dark halls of secrecy as was the one we have now. Your time for recognition and guidance has come.
“We fervently desire peace, but peace has never been promoted by the appeasement of wrongs.” – Honorable Martin Dies, Martin Dies’ story page 198
CHAPTER 1
Oppression of LIBERTY Then
“This Government will set out a moderate aristocracy: it is at present impossible to foresee whether it will, in its operation, produce a monarchy or a corrupt, tyrannical aristocracy; it will most probably vibrate some years between the two, and then terminate in the one or the other” [1]
Those words are taken from George Mason’s letter of objections to the proposed constitution of our new government on 16 September 1787, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. George Mason of Virginia, was one of the attending delegates to the Constitutional Convention of the United States. George Mason probably knew that our nation would be doomed if the citizenry had no declaration and method of controlling their new government; expressed in a bill of rights, which was in the fabric of the new Constitution. What he did not know was exactly how long it would take for his prediction to come true. In this year of 2021, the American people have found themselves at the end of what appears to have been a two hundred forty-five-year journey, driven by dreams, ideas and trust in a three-branch system that has been destroyed by a handful of people, who have acted without fear or concern of the moral hue and cry of the public weal.
What we thought we knew from our education in the 20th Century as to the definition of liberty, has turned out to be a lie. It is not that liberty itself is a lie; however, what we have in our possession as citizens of this once great nation is anything but liberty. Moreover, what we have as of this date grows dimmer still.
George Mason was a trailblazer and not just in his time, but for all time. He was one of the original organizers of what we call the American Revolution. He was also a towering figure of intellectual power in mustering his fellow countrymen in all their ranks to support the revolution.
One key achievement was designing the most ingenious and non-violent method for the citizenry to grab control of their own destinies from the grips of a handful of people who themselves existed inside the protection of decrees built on the usurpation of power. It was power that was hideously wielded over all of their proclaimed subjects.
However, Mason’s greatest accomplishment was to define a human being’s rights over the power of any governing force. This affront to tyrants of self-proclaimed power or of theocratic appointments was called “A Declaration of Rights”[2] It incorrectly became known as the Virginia Declaration of Rights in most historical circles. For us, the Declaration of Rights is our right of authorship and proof we are not setting out to invent something out of whole cloth. Sadly, it looks as though here in the year of our lord 2021, that we will need to reclaim something that has already been settled by cost of blood and treasure. It is something, which we are long overdue to use for our mutual sovereignty and safety as found in the power of The Public Weal.
As in the time of our founding, when King George III and his fearful but willing parliament and outlying courts, turned against the good Christians who came to these lands to settle themselves in peace, under agreed contracts for the kingdom; we are faced with the same terror and oppression from our current day governing entities. There have been so many offenses to our inalienable rights from our governments today, that listing them all would be an impossibility. Each passing day brings a new authoritarian incremental attack on normality and liberty. However, it would do well to point out several of the larger offenses in the past few administrations as they mirrored the days leading to our nation’s founding.
On the day this volume was started, (originally drafted in 2014 and updated in 2021) the current administration and the congress have decided that there is no reason to keep our borders with Mexico secured and defined. It had been reported that the US Border Patrol, had been pulled off that entire border. Naturally, people from all around the world are now flowing freely into the United States. A place that has seen massive closing of industry through bad tariff agreements, massive welfare expansions and a concocted medical emergency. There are no spare jobs for the people of our nation and the rest of the world is intent on lying to poor people from all over the planet, to come here for work, that does not exist.
This invasion plan is not an original plan for the United States. Something similar was to be enacted by King George III. He was recruiting people from all directions to kill off the Colonists. He no doubt felt he could get a proxy group together to help get rid of the colonists through promised bounties of land.
John Adams wrote to his wife Abigail on the over-due awakening of the colonists to the tyranny of the King and goes so far as to list most of the groups sent to take down the colonists.
“After stirring up Tories, Landjobbers, Trimmers, Bigots, Canadians, Indians, Negroes, Hanoverians, Hessians, Russians, Irish Roman Catholics, Scotch Renegades, at last they have stimulated the to demand new Privileges and threaten to rebel”. [3]
John Adams’ words of the day can easily be used to describe the aliens of today’s invasion. The tyrants of our day have sharpened their methods of destruction since the late 18th century.
In late 1775, General William Howe, of the British army had ordered a number of civilian British colonists be captured and infected with smallpox. The design was to send the infected individuals into the other colonies and infect as many people as possible.[4] This would overwhelm the medicinal abilities of the colonies and keep many able-bodied men from participating in the rebellion against the kingdom. This was without a doubt an attempt at biological warfare and would have qualified for a war crimes trial in the future of modern warfare, even though Howe’s forces were suffering from the disease as well. The affects were felt all over the Colonies and did much damage to commerce and logistics of the British subjects, struggling to find liberty from their oppressors. We are not allowed by those who control the media to discuss how much worse it was than anything we have dealt with in the last 100 years. To allow that, would expose the fraud beset upon us by the media and their corporate interests.
Today, the manufactured bio-warfare attack is of the COVID variety. Instead of destroying the physical structures of the U.S. economy, the Globalists are killing us with illogical “lockdowns”, which force brick and mortar businesses to close forever and ruin private wealth and lives forever.
The new scare came from the government and now we see the cure is coming from the same people! The Government? It follows the typical problem, action, solution trap, used by tyrants the world over.
A case in point was that before hostilities had begun by the British military at Lexington and Concorde, the colonists had already been struggling under maddening taxation acts from the King and his Parliament. It had become so insidious that the taxes had decreased revenues to the Crown and the British Companies who ran the colonies and were then losing money. Several times these taxes were repealed, only to be replaced by better-designed taxes, which would quicken the extraction of the essence of the Colonists work and get the land in the hands of cheaper labor from the far east. It would work if they could just get rid of the colonists and replace them without destroying the infrastructure.
Some of these “acts” were started under King George II; however, the real damage to the British subjects in the colonies began under his successor, King George III.
Listed here,
· Sugar Act 1764, Tax on materials from non-colonies such as molasses and lumber, forcing the colonists to purchase those items from one source, Britain. This was to eliminate competition with the crown’s empire.
· Currency Act 1764, Limited the use of Colony’s currency for paying debt, closing off its usefulness and limiting the growth of their economy.
· Quartering Act 1765, forced the Colonists to shelter and provision British regular troops.
· Stamp Act 1765, was an actual stamp placed on products, which were purchased from the empire. A stipulation here was that these products could only be purchased with British currency and not of the colonies. While this might have limited paper for printing purposes which would hold down the dissemination of rebellious thinking into the general public, it also cut off the supply of buyers from the manufacturer’s in Britain. This gave rise to a cash crunch in the chain of commerce, which Karl Marx would later identify as one of the ways a capitalist economy (his name for our Free Enterprise concept) can be taken down in his papers entitled “Crisis Theory”[5] in his volumes of Theories on Surplus Value, though not naming this event specifically.
· Declaratory Act 1766, Repeals the Stamp Act to undue the hasty over-taxation of the colonies which damaged the revenue stream to the kingdom, however, it also declared that the British Parliament had plenary power over all the colonies’ governments through what was called Virtual Representation.
· Virtual Representation was the evil seed of tyranny planted in the minds of the soon to be free colonists, who would later sew this dastardly concept into the new nation’s foundation. Initially, however, the colonists rejected the notion that representatives of another government had jurisdiction or the ability to impose jurisdiction on them. This breadth of power would immediately take front and center in the debate of how powerful the new government would be, after Independence would be achieved from their original source of governance; England.
· Townsend Acts of 1767 included but was not limited to the Indemnity Act, Commissioners of Custom Act, Vice Admiralty Court Act and the New York Restraining Act. “Designed to bring in forty thousand pounds annually, the most fateful of these acts imposed new import duties on glass, lead, paint, paper, and tea. This money would be used to quarter British troops in the colonies, but primarily it would go for increased “support of civil government”—an obvious threat to the jealously guarded power of the colonial assemblies to appropriate the salaries of the executive officials.”[6]
