Chapter 2
OPPRESSION OF LIBERTY NOW
The Bill of Rights
The new US Government was just over 2 years old, when it was obvious that our new Constitution potentially had no respect for the idea of the people’s right to direct Government’s affairs in their own best interest. Taxes were created that zeroed in on specific businesses. The new Supreme Court, reached out on its own to indict members of the press for expressing free speech.
The supporters of the new Constitution convinced a tired and war weary population, that their plan as it stood, required no recognition of our rights in the new contract. One of the detractors of a bill of rights was the famous James Madison. By 1791, Madison saw the new government coming to an end because of the dissatisfaction with those who were told that a bill of rights would be added after the Constitution was ratified. In fact, no such promise had been made at the conclusion of the 1787 convention. The political “machine” capitulated and on June 8, 1791, the centralized government offered an olive branch to the people, known now as “The Bill of Rights”.
After 230 years, those words have been turned into what James Madison originally proclaimed what would amount to; “a parchment barrier”. As those rights have now been dissolved and our culture is being dissolved with it.
Where Did We Get the Idea for The Bill of Rights?
Beginning in 1763, the British Crown decided its Colonial expansion across the planet, needed more funding. Since our colonies were filled with subjects of the Crown, the Kingdom simply began to scoop out the essence of our souls to fill their world banks. Much of this was done in the name of paying for the lack luster protection of the colonies in the French-Indian War.
By 1774, the taxation and cutting off of free commerce with outside economies, left the colonists no choice but to consider a divorce from their master, just as the imposed condition of the virus hoax of our time has found us now. Peaceful was their intention but serious in their mind was the disbanded Virginia Government of 1776. They came to an agreement on a solution and held it up for all of humanity to see what we call the Virginia Declaration of Rights.
It spelled out the rights that all humans held on our earth, over any and all governments and earthly kingdoms. This ended up paving the path for a “bill” or agreement between the people as to how they would control government in what became their sovereign states. This would be known to us as a State Constitution. Often those agreements are called compacts and those who abide by them in their daily actions, declare themselves in its domicile and all who declare it, agree on the conditions within it. It is not an a-la-carte menu of power verses capitulation for safety sake as today’s politicos preach and practice.
When our nation was building these agreements from scratch, those who were leaders of acknowledging such “rights”, had been previously living with other such contracts as the Magna Carta and the English Constitution. Those leaders knew all too well, that words of promise without the words of potential enforcement powers for the people to keep their governments in line, were only words on paper.
Most people do not realize that the United States’ second confederation agreement (what we call “the Constitution”) was ratified without a listing of rights people previously had over the government. They also do not know that no such bill was promised, with the exception of John Adams’ speaking to such a document as forth coming in the Massachusetts ratification convention. That was credited to getting Massachusetts to ratify the new Constitution and drawing the other states into the same position.
Men such as George Mason and Patrick Henry, were pasted with a pejorative title and 99 percent of the population I meet today, including History professors and Government majors have never heard the name “Anti-Federalist”.
These men were not against a Federal government. They wanted to keep the small and non-intrusive original Confederation of States agreement intact and simply make changes to its policies to fix the problems that had arisen in its very young existence and not expand its powers. They warned of the takeover by the controlling class we now call “Elite” and how correct they turned out to be!
The Association of Freeholders and Freemen
By 1775, there had been motion by people from the colonies of South Carolina and New Hampshire to divorce themselves from England. Virginians had sought reconciliation up until 1774. By this time, the intentions of the Kingdom to destroy the colonists and replace them with a new group of settlers was obvious. Though it was never admitted by the Crown, it was the only result that could have evolved from their actions.
It was in 1774, at the direction of Patriots such as Patrick Henry, George Mason, Richard Henry Lee, Thomas Jefferson, and George Wythe, that Virginians had to create a new Government from the ground up. They met in Taverns and in Churches. They created a chain of loosely bound groups of concerned citizens who owned land or none at all or something in between.
For their mutual benefit, they exercised their power of the majority opinion and county by county, resolved to send representatives to a convention to create a new government. By 1776 at that Convention (made up of the disbanded Burgesses), they voted on and agreed to the Declaration of Rights. It was and still is, the only document that acknowledges the power and the right a human being has over any kind of government. It is more powerful than a list of prohibitions on a government.
The section of that Declaration that deals with our rights to dissolve a government and start over, were later transferred by Thomas Jefferson, directly into the Declaration of Independence, which spoke for all of the Colonies as their right of divorcing themselves from their own Government of England.
“…whenever any government shall be found inadequate or contrary to these purposes, a majority of the community hath an indubitable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to reform, alter or abolish it, in such manner as shall be judged most conducive to the public weal…”
Declaration of Rights June 12, 1776 [1]
Of the most important of these Freeholders and Freemen, George Mason, crafted those words describing the power of the “public weal”. Simply put, George Mason was what we call a self-taught man. Yet, he knew as much about the law as any lawyer and was never beholden to a guild that frowned on betrayers as he regularly called out corrupt lawyers and lawmakers alike. Mason relied on the recollections of John Locke’s Second Book on Government, where Locke refers to a King James 1st speech from 1603 in his acknowledging that if any king or leader engaged in “maladministration”, then they would be at the mercy of a weal of the public. This was the same King James, who ordered the Bible to be translated into the English language so that all his people could read and follow it. A practice that took power of knowledge, out of the hands of a few and put it into the hands of the many.
In 17th century English, a “weal” is a “body politic”. When it is referred to as a “public body politic”, it is not of the elected kind. It is the old English style of saying “Town Hall meeting”. In fact, the simpler farmers in places such as New Hampshire, then and now, still call it a Town Hall Meeting.
You and I have the power to call such a meeting amongst ourselves at any time we wish. Such is the right to free assembly and speech that we see in the 1st amendment to the US Constitution. This is a power that is being chopped down through Globalist connections to our politicians of all parties and stripes. So powerful is this knowledge that it was pushed down into the dirt of history and not taught to our children since the Constitution took over our country in a process that began shortly after 1789. Of course, if you were the one in power, you would want that knowledge hidden as well. You would make sure propaganda kept covering up the act of slicing off the people’s power and rights like so many thin pieces of salami. It took a while, but we now see it out in the open.
Act with Authority in Times of Crisis
Unfortunately, as the promises made amongst the corrupt lawyers at the Constitutional Convention finally came to a head by 1861, the public and the average citizen had already been separated from the promised powers of their amendments by a heavy-handed media that was in favor of returning to a period of massive centralized governance and completing the job of dissolving the Sovereign States into one, massive taxed state. It is too bad that the people of that time did not exercise their powers in the way their founders did in 1776. Raising the consideration of separation locally, by the people and not just by the old legislative bodies, which could have insured no more negative influences of the old corrupt system of fraudulently elected, power hungry people. This is the only legal and just way to restore your rights.
In 1861, the people voted locally in Virginia to tell their state legislators that they wanted to leave the union. This is why in the period known as Reconstruction, the conquered states had mirror images of the Federal Government, installed. It kept the Public Weal and the opinion of the people over the direction of their government, buried alive. This is why the statues and the name changes of our history are being destroyed, taken down and stricken. They raise the possible question to the common person as to what happened when Americans were oppressed in the past. This is why the power of the Public Weal, must be revived.
An example of a city, town or municipality to engage with its public weal in taking control of an out-of-control government, which was Phoenix, AZ in 1949. There, after WWII, the famous Barry Goldwater, was asked along with several other citizens to take over the corrupt and dually elected government of Phoenix. They were to replace it with a new one that listened to the tax payer and not the interlopers and lawless cabals.
They did so by writing a new charter for the town. Their charter included a provision to hold a special election and those new people would take the reins of the government. And so, it took place as described as peaceful and lawful. They did not need permission by a bunch of lawyers to do so. They only had to use the power of The Public Weal as it was discovered by our nation’s founders. [2]
The Crisis in Your Time
How many parts of your life and your birth right must be taken from you before you are moved to acknowledge a crisis is afoot? Let us list a few that may be serious enough for you to get activated and work openly and peacefully to restore what is your birthright by enacting section three of the Declaration of Rights.
The continued allowance of the myth that we as humans, have the right to murder the unborn children, but not murder each other under a false definition of the same. This practice and all of its capillary components of profit and pretense, such as using aborted baby parts for so called “research”, equivalent only to the NAZIs or Unit 731 of the Japanese military, must come to an end.
Illegal taking of our Natural Rights, Speech and Firearms, with Ex Post Facto Laws! The Constitution lied to us about Ex Post Facto Laws. The “Color of Law”, comes from the belief that we are supposed to adhere to the Federalist Papers as the instructions to operate government. Those papers were never agreed to in the Constitution. They were propaganda pieces, which were published in papers to convince the public to support the new Constitution. Now, the Government(s) can freely make Ex Post Facto law and it is up to you and me, to take the government to court! That’s the idea from the so called “great” Alexander Hamilton in Federalist 78.
Making up laws that only serve to protect the proven Election Fraud, which comes with Early Voting, Absentee Voting and old-fashioned Voter Fraud.
Making a law that removes your state from the Federal Electoral College portion of our US Constitution and signals a default session from the union of states, without the permission of the plebiscite. (voter referendum)
Using propaganda science to take more of our wealth through so-called “Carbon Taxes” and forcing us to use “alternative energy” sources so that political debts can be paid through more tax payer looting.
Forcing out businesses, farmers and families, because their power bills will double and triple, leaving them to sell their land for pennies-on-the-dollar or lose it all together.
Real Estate values will collapse and provide a wealthy few of the true Communist class, to scoop up our homes and lands for their own future wealth.
Large and continuous tax increases with no justification beyond the word “equality”.
Fees and threats of punishment for the slightest infraction of Politically Incorrect thought or speech.
The taking of land because taxes are too high for those cannot afford them.
Claiming God and family are bad and that evil practices are good.
Duplicated fees for unnecessary permits to extort money from entrepreneurs
Supervisor Boards, School Boards and Zoning Boards that hold meetings at inconvenient times and days of the week for the average tax payer to attend and voice their opinions.
Supervisors, School and Zoning boards doing exactly the opposite of the majority public outcry and instead follow the UN Agenda to tear down our way of life and should all be replaced by town hall style meetings by those who have suffrage.
Using a manufactured medical crisis to collapse our economy and force us to get injected with poisons, proven to be harmful and taking away our right of self-governance and self-responsibility in such a way that our own Government(s) are in violation of the Nuremberg trials and the code that came from them on the forced abuse of power that was displayed by the Nazis.
The list is actually endless but all of those are classified as “maladministration” under the terms of the Declaration of Rights. We can use the powers in it to disband and replace these out-of-control governments with people who will obey our constitution and the will of the Public Weal. Until the integrity of the election system can be restored, the Town Hall face-to-face voting process is best.
What Do You Do Next?
The best thing to do is talk to those who you know feel the same way you do. Get these people to meet and revive the Associations Freeholders and Freemen in the spirit of those who today have suffrage. In those groups, recreate what Washington, Mason and Henry achieved in their time. They started forming replacement government(s).
Start with a general committee (meeting of the whole group). Create a Committee of Correspondence to communicate with each other when out of session and with other groups around you. Create a Committee of Safety, which is for you to prepare defensive measures for possible attacks by the out-of-control Government(s) that will no doubt be coming your way as it did for our founders when they decided to divorce themselves from slavery. Build your committee of safety from local neighborhood groups or micro-communities. (See Jack Lawson’s “Civil Defense” volumes as they have invaluable information on this theme) Nobody allows their slaves to leave peacefully.
It is this writer’s opinion, that the best route is to get neighbors to make up your committees and to create modern resolves to abolish the old sections of government with a new charter. It is much harder trying to start things up across your county if you have a dense population. Start small and grow big.
A new charter should include the provision for immediate elections to replace the old elected officials. From there, let common sense guide you to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness through the lens of 1776. The first step is the hardest. Sadly, you have no time left to see if it’s all a bad dream. It’s a nightmare that is real.
Make sure that when you begin to build your associations of Freeholders, that you concentrate on family and neighbors you know first. Having like minds educated on what Freeholders are supposed to be, from the historical point of view, is important so that an outside force of media or a government agency won’t be successful at infiltrating you and begin to change the purpose of your revival. For instance:
· Do not bother with people who are political party lovers and need to filter everything they say and do through their hollow masters of the parties before they act. They will betray you like any other enemy of your God given rights and hand you over to those masters, thinking they are being patriotic.
· Do not get people to join you before you have read at least “Common Sense” by Paine and “Second Treatise of Government” by Locke. Read as much about the period of 1763 through 1792 as you can. Nobody is going to have much faith in what you’re trying to accomplish if you can’t use the facts instead of platitudes, like so many big named National talk Show hosts have been doing for decades and drowning out true history.
You must also take the time to read as much as you can about the founders. I highly suggest you read from The Papers of George Mason. Read Thomas Paine’s “Common Sense” but remember that his other book some eleven years later “Rights of Man”, showed a conflicting interest in what we would now refer to as Communism. Do not allow people in power or control of the Big Media to conflate the two books with cherry picked references. Taking full thought from our founders is wisely taking the best ideas of the past to build a better future. This process will help you more than anything to get started.
Your rights and powers to defend them come from God and not from Mankind or a President, Governor, Legislature or members of the Judicial Tyranny.
